I can't let the first day of one of my favorite months of the year go by, without posting a little Halloween somethin'. This month let the "eyes" have it with these pompom, eyeball weeds!
They're quick and easy to make, and the kids will love 'em -- well, unless you have pre-teens and then you'll at most get a side smirk. But I digress.
Here's the how-to scoop!
Supplies
1 ball Vickie Howell Sheep(ish) in color: White(ish)
Scissors
Hot Glue & Gun
Googly Eyes
Sticks from the yard
Vase
Halloween themed candy (optional)
Directions
- Make several pompoms ( I suggest 1-2 per branch)
- Hot glue a googly eye to each pompom.
- Hot glue pompoms to branches.
- Arrange your super spooky eyeball weeds in a vase. For a pop of creepy color, fill the empty space around the branches in the vase with halloween candy.
Bonus variation: Eyeball Garland
Green pompoms look ghoulish when loaded up with bloodshot eyes, and strung together on a strand of yarn!
Here's to a diabolical day, a wicked week, a monstrous month -- Happy Halloween!
xx,
Vickie
