Going to Stitches West?

It might be a wee bit early to be thinking about it, but just wanted to give you a heads up that I'll be at February's Stitches West in Santa Clara, CA. I've only been to one Stitches before (East in Atlantic City 2004), so I'm really looking forward to it! For me, this is type of event the most fun because it's open to the public which means wall-to-wall knitophiles. Come for classes (I highly recommend taking one from Cat Bordhi, if you can), to shop , meet authors or just hang out and knit. Registration has already begun, so make sure to log on to the Stitches website for the full scoop, asap. Hope to see you there!

I got a beautiful ball of yarn in the post today. The softest yarn ever (*in love*).

    And a cool button. :)

  7. diva mcK- Did you e-mail your info to Rebecca? I didn't see it on my list. As long as there was at least a link to my podcast page, you should've qualified...

Glad everyone's getting/enjoying their yarn. Make sure to e-mail us pictures of whatever one skein wonder you end up making with it!

Turvid--Yes! You can get 3 out of 4 of my yarns at www.yarn.com

    xo,
    Vickie

    Hey there,
Really looking forward to seeing you at Stitches. My daughter (4 years old) will be joining me and she is a HUGE fan.
Can't wait for the podcast, put a link on my blog day one, but as I don't have a fancy blog name yet I'm guessing it was difficult to give me a shout out. Put flyers up at my LYS's. Everyone is very excited!

    Keep up the great work!

    Beth :)
