NEW PATTERN: Flopsy Baby Sunhat!

Spring is here which means it's time to take the kiddo outside to enjoy the weather. After you lather him or her up with suncreen, why not top 'em off with my new, granny square and double crochet Flopsy hat, made with NaturallyCaron.com's "Country"? My daughter fancies herself a fashionista baby so I made her version in a Mod, black & white. With so many great colors available though, you can't go wrong no matter your choice. Want a less feminine look? Leave off the picot stitch and replace it with a simple, single crochet border!

Oh and when you make your Flopsy hat, don't forget to share a photo with us by uploading it to the Cuckoo for Caron Flickr pool--we love see your finished projects!
