ReplyDeleteYay! I'm so glad I found this because I immediately wanted to make it when I saw the show. I had to keep pausing the recording to see if it was a shawl, a tube, or waht and this will make it tons easier. It's gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteHey Vickie, I love this! What is the size range on this... just wondering. Thanks! Keep up your fantastic work!!
ReplyDeleteI made this in a several blues/greens and it looks like the ocean! This was so much fun to make and so so easy. I'll send a pic asap. I also added several small butterfly charms, hidden in the knitting to personalize this gift.
ReplyDeleteHi Vickie,
ReplyDeleteThis is gorgeous. I was wondering if this is the same pattern as the piece you are working on on the cover of Knitty Gritty? I work in a store that sells yarn and one of my customers really, really wants to make what she assumed was an afghan, but we couldn't find the pattern in the book. On the cover the item is in mostly greens. Hope you can help. Jeanne
Yup, same pattern in different colorway. :)
